Tina Štěrbová (born 2002) is a visual artist and poet whose work oscillates between painting, object art, text, and interventions in public space. In her practice, she explores intimacy, memory, and the emotional landscape of relationships—both personal and social. Her approach is intuitive, often employing a collage-like principle not only in visual form but also in thought and layering of meaning.
While her paintings balance between abstraction and symbolic storytelling, her texts function as emotional records, fragments of memories, or inner monologues. She experiments with materials and formats—from traditional canvas to visual poetry and subtle spatial interventions.
Her work reflects questions of identity, closeness, and the transience of emotion. She is interested in the traces that relationships leave on the body and in space, and in how to visualize elusive moments of connection and separation. Although her works may appear introspective, they often mirror collective experience and invite viewers to their own interpretation.
She studied Fine and Visual Arts at the Faculty of Education, Masaryk University, and is currently studying in the Intermedia Studio at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Brno University of Technology. She has presented her work for example as part of Brno Art Week, Sonda festiival or in Gallery Gampa.
